Perfection! I never thought I could love an appliance so much. It works like a charm and the Pizzelles come out amazing. I did not have luck with the recipes in the booklet on my first try. I found King Arthur recipes to be light and crisp

I was skeptical about using anything other than my 50-year old+ Vitantonio iron, but Palmer’s thin pizzelle iron matched the thin, crispy quality of my classic iron. I’m very happy with it!
I bought two of these I like them so much. HIGH quality. Reviews say sticks but that is because the iron didn't heat up enough . NOT due to defect. Excellent pizelle maker.
